Interestingly, all of the yen pairs have come down to the DP. It will be interesting to see if there is a bounce from here.

It is classic risk on/risk off scenario.
Take a look at S&P 500 chart today, the xxxjpy pairs slavishly follow the S&P500. When the stock index falls, buy yen (or sell xxxjpy) and vice versa.

You are drawing your Fibs wrong. For the retracement you need to start at the top and draw to the bottom. The 61% level is around 1485. Vice Versa for shorts.
