As expected the PP/PPoS is now in trouble during the calm + trendless summer time. No serious trends = no baskets !
So we have to wait for a busy autmn.
Perhaps could be look better if I would either lower the basket TPs or would stop trading at all during august ?
Anyway the good new is: the account is still alive running for 8 or 9 months in summary. I have good feelings using this strategy + trading instrument. It's stable and reliable, running it for a longer time.
Analysing in detail boinvest's portfolio I think I could find some interesting and promising EAs.
The two bots, running in his portfolio already for a longer time are the SwissArmyKnife (SAK) and the ElGranHalcon MT5 (EGH).
So I decided to restart these bots, Jose released already some time ago. Both are rather fresh in my portfolio, but I have to say, that the EGH is a hard trading scalper and obviously not made for me. I have absolutly different results then boinvest.
A bunch of open trade (loosers), high DD in 2 days only .... it's clear: I have to abandon this EA.
The SAK is doing the job much better - lets see what will happen the next weeks.
