10.4 A Complete System

Well,

Just woke this morning and started to check my trades....

My very first 10.4 trade that i took after reading the 10.4 thread and Bobs document from cover to cover was the GBPAUD short that i posted about yesterday....

Well, i just noticed it hit my TP target just above the WS1 level @ 1.48760 for a very tidy 113 pip gain....very nice

My entry was at 2:15 (GMT +2) yesterday just below mid pivot @ 1.49891...

It looks like the pair may cycle back up and set itself for another short trade later in the week or the start of next week....

I'm also short AUDNZD GBPNZD GBPCAD and long NZDUSD

I'm curious what others think of this setup. RSI is set up for a sell, but price is currently above the 240. If a sell was placed at the WP, I believe it would then become a valid 10.4 trade.

As flat as the MA is you might consider that a ranging market and pass.

My friends at FXCM just squeezed me, spiked me, fucked me.

Rember my NU long trade at 0.84382 ? Was a nice one +50 etc etc ... about to trigger a new long etc etc ...
Before the NZD news, I set my SL at 8440 just to be safe.

I check 10 minutes after the news and I see my trade closed for a .... 67 pips loss !!! I should be at BE !
Check the screenshot, I never saw that ! My closing price is BELOW the spike !

Also, I check on 6 live brokers :
FXCM low : 84146
ALPARI UK live low : 84537
FXDD Live : 84463
MIG Bank Live : 8462
FX Solution live : 8460
CITIBANK : 8443

Mate, not sure whats going on there with that spike...although I remember reading some bad reviews on fxcm a couple of years back.
I have a small account with Cowboy Go Markets here in Oz...attached is the NU 30min...no spike here!

Don't feel so bad about punching out with profit on NZDUSD any more. Hopefully you guys that are Long NZD in multiple pairs aren't getting killed. Blech.

Well here is a question for the Gods!
The spike down has miraculously appeared on my M30 Nzusd chart over 4hours after it appeared on yours!?!! WTF!
I wish i would have known this! I could have put the house on it and shorted it !! dang!

Can anyone explain why the same spike occurred over 4 hours later here in Australia?
Is this game rigged, or what!

Bloody Kiwi News...

Stopped out on NZDUSD at the 240MA...

Trade was taken pretty close to the MA, so stop was quite small...

I was a little concerned about this trade as price has crossed the 240MA a couple of time over the last 10 days, so maybe this is one of those trade you stand aside....

LOL. Yep. Wish I'd passed. Only trade that was in draw down, so won't punch out yet.

I am flat everywhere except this pair. GBP feels like it is retracing and I wanted to save profits. AUD I don't have a read on, or a sense of how it will react to NZD sell off. Takin the money and will see what London does.

Skittish little baby, but I protect my account like a MOFO.
