From the CSS I also looked at the gbp/chf. Both have just crossed on the CSS and are starting the angling away from each other. The Chart gives me a double red and then I see reentering the DT as a good trade on the 1H chart. Classic 10.6 trade. Reentering a strong DT. A bounce off the DP and we are off and running. I found both of these trades from the CSS info page. |

I got something similar a few weeks ago when I tried to use the CSS in Bob's zip files. Try the attached instead - it is the version on my live account. Also. Baluda has released a later version in his indi thread. |

Bob, when you take profits, do you take them in currencies which sessions are open? For example, the middle of Japan session for asia-Aus-Nzd/xxx pairs. Or do you take whatever profits you have? |

I take profits when I see them and I usually take them some place near the middle of a session. Price will hit its Zenith 2-4 hours into a session and then retrace. My trading day looks like this during EST USA 1st time daylight savings time 2nd time standard time 6 PM-7pm (6am in China) get up and prepare for Asian session. Set up trades. Take profits on AUD/NZD Open--USA close sessions 10PM-11PM My first break at school, children go to recess and snack time Take my Asian profits. 2AM-3AM last break at school set up for the Euro session Sometimes JPY afternoon session will show some profits. 5-7 or 6-8 AM (5-7 PM China time) Eat supper and take Euro session profits set up trades for USA session. 10-12 AM Ready for bed Take profits for USA session and set up overnight trades. 6-8 hours of sleep and start all over again. This schedule allows me to trade all the sessions yet does not interfere with my job or family life. 5-15 minutes for set up time. I take notes of the CSS for the day. Look for my best trades, always do some what the heck trades. decide which ones to keep and which ones to let run. Read the news, study financial news from people who do not trade Forex, especially listen to John Maudin (he is my favorite) and whatever central bankers are saying. When those guys speak the markets move now more than straight financial fundamentals. That is my day. Time for breakfast. |

How much leverage do you use? I'm guessing 1:100 or 200 if you're getting into 40 trades at a time. And what broker are you using? Do you recommend Global Prime? I trade with I B F X in the USA. Leverage is 50:1 with major currencies 25:1 with the others. I am a believer in lower leverage, low lot size, high volume trading. Easy to control the amount of trades I have running. I would rather trade 10 - ten cent lot trades over a 1 lot at a 1.00 a pip. Sometime I have 1 or 2 trades go negative and the third one go positive before I catch the wave into a trade. My SL are big 240 line and am not afraid to go 2-500 pips in the hole but rarely do. My skills are fairly good but I still make mistakes in direction. (you always will). It is common for me to have 15-40 trades going at once. I am sure Global Prime is an excellent dealer. I have had two problems whenever I deal with a broker outside the USA. 1. the cost of transferring profits back to my accounts in the USA. I B F X cuts me a check and it costs nothing to deposit it or have it sent. That is a big plus for me. 2. When ever there was an issue or problem I B F X USA has fixed it quickly whereas foreign brokers I have dealt with will take weeks or months or never to solve a problem. Some of the guys here may remember my problems with FXSol in England several years back and a broker in Singapore. I had to take the one in Singapore to the ForexPeaceArmy before they would solve the problem. I also tried Axi-trader in Australia but couldnt get my Chinese Mastercard to work with them so never funded my account. Again the time frame to solve a problem took too long so I never finished my account with them. I have a small account of 200 bucks with Easy Forex that I have doubled to almost 400 but do not seriously trade it. I may try to get my money form them soon and see what happens. |

CSS read for today. Red lines show GBP and USD angling down NZD angling up. Look for gbp/nzd sells and nzd/usd buys blue lines AUD sneaking up?? JPY angling down ALL jpy as a sell but especially you may see a strong move on the aud/jpy as the aud has ticked up and may continue. level currencies Watch the euro and chf pairs as they are starting to sputter. If they angle down eur/nzd sell will be good. I cant trade the chf/nzd but if you can that may also be a solid trade. Imagine making a call on a currency I dont even see a chart on. So euro chf and cad leveling jpy usd gbp angling down aud and nzd angling up |
