Same logic applies for the Min. profit and other profit parameters.
Yes, you have to scale MaxCurrencyExposure, MinProfit, BasketProfit, EquityTP and EquitySL to the lot size you are using. In a next version, I will find a way to make this all automatic (but GM and GD need to 'talk' to each other about this).

Grid Master and Grid Dancer should talk to each other about the new changes.. means there is much more coding involved to integrate all these things successfully.. (Hope Steve doesn't see your post).. :smile:

Thanks, yes I am aware that GD and GM need to talk to each other.
My question particularly was regarding the parameters I mentioned in the earlier post i.e., currency exposure and profit targets. May be I misunderstood and renexxx was talking about the new changes and not about the mentioned parameters.

Hi Guys, I am just giggling away at this EA Rene created.. Rene,hats off to u, mate..

This demo was started 10th Nov just after OZ open when the dust had settled from US elections. OOTB settings..HGI dancer w/o the currency exposure. Just did a Rinse and Remove 30mins ago.

The only difference were the closures. i rinsed and repeated whenever i see a >80% green bar on Rene's vertical bar counter which tells us how much the acct is in profit or loss. Damned useful piece of visual info..Since the man did it, i used it.. I believe this results in tiny rises and the closely knit Equity and Balance curves that u see.. Very nice..

4k profit from a 10k account with a 500+ DD in less than 7 days is too good to be true. but even if it performs half as good in a real acct... It will be a fantastic!

Next week, am going to put in a $600-$800 Equity SL. dont think i will go live without a SL..so might as well test it out. Those sudden unplanned news breaks will kill an acct with Dancers dancing to the tune of a 4 hourly HGI, methinks..

I started one demo with a H1 HGI which was doing well but is in a bit of a DD at the moment...1k DD.. not good at all.. i changed the grid distances, TP settings to what i thought would be appropraite but lookslike I may be wrong.. Somehow, OOTB settings with H4 HGI looks to be spot on..

So Rene, somehow a "thank you" doesnt seem to cut it..but for the moment thats all i can do..Thank you, my friend,

I agree 100%.
This EA is on of the sexiest things I've seen. let's see how it fares through the news-packed December we have ahead.

Awesome results, Sara and Diego and thanks for posting!

I think that the market at the moment is really favourable for this combo, now that the USD is king. I did use the CurrencyExposure filter this week and my gain was much less than yours, Sara, but my drawdown was less as well (only 3%). I have new versions for next week, that automatically scale the lot sizes and certain parameters for the available equity. Will post them later.

My results since Monday is doing well too. I put OOTB Dancer on a 10,000 demo account on 18 pairs. It averages about 1% a day with minimal drawdown, the maximum DD is 2.7%. The current form of Dancer seems to be pretty safe. I guess the performance might be better if I put it on fewer pairs. My plan is to tick out those loss pairs and keep the profitable ones for a separate new test next week.

When compared with Dotty and RnR, although both of them survived the Brexit and US election with flying colours, they are now in bigger DD, while Dancer only has very small DD.

I agree with Rene, this week is a really good market condition for Dancer. It has to be subjected to some black swan event test in order to verify its durability.
