I found a bunch of "Cannot open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Cowboy IBFX\Empty4 V3\experts\indicators\10.2 WeeklyOpenHistogram 2x1 4.29.ex4' on the EURJPYm (& other currency pairs),H4" messages on "Experts".

Otherwise, everything else seems to be OK: enough free margin, set files, Maxspread, etc.

I found a bunch of "Cannot open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Cowboy IBFX\Empty4 V3\experts\indicators\10.2 WeeklyOpenHistogram 2x1 4.29.ex4' on the EURJPYm (& other currency pairs),H4" messages on "Experts". -> That's why you are in trouble. You need this indicator !!!

I have similar problem with v1y, I have heaps of this message:

I have seen this issue in previous postings. I thought it had been resolved. Could you help to resolve this issue ?

You have a version indicator that's need to be in the chart to avoid this message. Take this attached that don't need to be in chart.

Wow!!! No soonwe did I put the attached indi than the EA opened "sell gbpaud" trade. What is this all about, please?

Thanks to your info I updated to version 1y
as soon as I activated the EA it fired many trades, but closed them right away. Therefore I shut down my other EAs mptm and MT4i tradecopy, with the same result. "Experts" of my terminal gave me the following message
NB EAy AUDJPY,Daily: AUDJPY AdjustStopLoss() stop = 1.539 OrderStopLoss()= 78.610

Therefore I changed Take Profit and Stop Loss from 0 to 1000. checked in the Experts and found the following messages for one aborted trade:
11:07:14 NB EAy AUDJPY,Daily: open #1731689 sell 0.50 AUDJPY at 76.068 sl: 86.568 tp: 73.416 ok
11:07:15 NB EAy AUDJPY,Daily: modify #1731689 sell 0.50 AUDJPY at 76.068 sl: 86.568 tp: 1.520 ok
11:07:15 NB EAy AUDJPY,Daily: AUDJPY AdjustStopLoss() stop = 1.539 OrderStopLoss()= 86.568
11:07:15 NB EAy AUDJPY,Daily: close #1731689 sell 0.50 AUDJPY at 76.068 sl: 86.568 tp: 1.520 at price 76.134

All people who have this trouble have historical data problem. Open each pair and check all TF with HOME/END keys
Also be sure to delete all object of your charts to avoid mismatch with old lines (CTRL A)

Thanks for you support, I closed all charts and reloaded all the updated versions of charts, EAs and templates again - BUT the same result.
I got rid of all trade-objects and, as phil_trade suggests reloaded historical data. ... Yessss, your setting and your suggested cleanup did work, as it looks like right now!

philtrade, thank you, i think i have all those set, but will check them again. i do only have about 6 charts up on the mt platform, not the whole pairs list, so my margin would be adequate - but i think it should open a few pairs even its short of funding for all, right?
Have you check all pair set file ? - do not see a switch, but the charts i use are in the vg table.
MaxSpread OK ? = 120 default
Nothing in Log ? no
i did not have a GBPAUD chart up, have now added it to the mix, and now its hr slope says it is ranging (at 1400). my tma slope at 0800 was right about -.4.

But I've noticed the EA (& the indis it drew its code from) calculate the WOH using the current TF:

double wo = iMA(symbol,PERIOD_W1,1,0,MODE_SMA,PRICE_OPEN,0);
double ma = iMA(symbol,0,1,0,MODE_SMA,PRICE_MEDIAN,0);

So switching TFs WILL muck up the EA's calculations.

Shouldn't the ma calculation use H4, or D1, or one of the xxxTimeFrame inputs?

You're right, this EA is the core.

3) D1/H4 trades do not have a set TP -> if Slope > 0.8 or <.8 yes. BE and Jumping SL are forced

2) WPC trades should be at crossing -> it is but yes it could be only with 1 pip. May be a delta pips parameter should be great

4) So far in last 5-6 trading days with this EA no BB trades. -> so am I. I will do backtest to see why

But SL/TP for trend are so far on weekly / monthly R/S 1 or R/S 2 depending volatility, that's a delta pips parameter would be inoperant. Your account will be blow out before :lol: That's the big thing to resolve for NB 10.2 EA I think. Backtest prove that.[/quote]

2) WPC is not on cross. Please refer to my EU trade which got triggered when price touched pivot from bottom. In manual way of trading this I would wait to see price move above pivot and then come back down (which it did today). OR price hits pivot and fails to go above it. Those to me are sell areas.

1) We can use JSL for this purpose.

Pls note I am for now not using D1 trend trades. Also, I am trading all pairs in Bob's booklet.

Someone please give some attention to this EA and fix these issues. It really is hurting the testing and kind of now wasting time as it is not triggering trades and / or at right places and not protecting the account in proper way.
