indeed. i can jump into trades when the currencies start spreading open and bar is green. here's my first 10.5 update trade. not completely according to the rules, but i saw the bar turn green and the pairs spread on the slope and i didn't wanna wait. next time i'll wait for the pivot

This morning at the start of the 10.5 CurrencySlopeStrength1.0.7d markets also began to work. :)
But every time I reboot I have to reload the Empty4 template or change Time Frame, otherwise the indy does not work.:(

When you save a template it saves all the objects of the previous currency until it is refreshed. The template I posted did that so you would have a fresh screen with every pair. So if you make changes, go to objects and delete all the objects. Save the template and then when you post it to a new pair it will start from scratch instead of posting all the previous objects andthen changing to the new currency.

Save your profile to 105 or something and save again to default. Everytime you shut down you have a saved version to restart. I believe it is a problem with an update coming in at the same time your are loading all this info and causes it to crash. I loaded my updates over the weekend but some brokers may update after market opens or ...................... ???

There is a lot we will probably learn and see over time. I　 think we are just scratching the surface on use of this indi. I have different settings to let you know to close but it conflicts with this one so Baluda will work on that problem. He solved it once but it seems everytime I make a change it pops up again.

still it's a very good, well thought out filter. i've been kicked into 10.4 trades only to see it reverse heavily before profit. excellent work

The euro currencies are blues, Asian currencies are yellows, and the USD and CAD are black and white. This will hopefully see if there are correlations between pairs.

I knew we needed a filter but MA lines have so many touch and run entrances, I wanted something different. I had that dream and shared my idea with Baluda and he has been very patient with me as I kept sending changes back for him to change. He never complains but goes right the work and made the adjustments.

Frank Muir wrote up an EA almost a year ago that will finally be brought to bear with this once it is set. It is very simple, you see your set up and it will automatically set pendings for the next 3 lines for you. It is a really nice EA and will be featured in a later update. I want to get this going first and make sure the bugs are worked out.

I also have in mind a second set of numbers for TP areas using the slope. You enter, price accelerates and you stay in until is starts to decelerate and then you start exiting your lots. That is on the plate after this.

Then the magic EA that Steve will produce, could very well be a 24/7 run EA. That is my vision of where this will go. Clear ins, clear outs, multiple profits and single losses. SL now based on change of direction from slope direction not arbitrary lines or numbers but price action demands you get out. The slope goes with PA and when it changes CSS changes with it and lets us know the new direction. The lag is not that much but better yet we can see the lines converging because of slope change so it will have a certain percentage of predictability that should be fairly accurate. Much better than 50/50 I would think.

That is the vision and I cant do it myself. But this Forum Steve has here is by far the best, to come and develop ideas. Thanks Steve.
