Fundamentally speaking?

No idea, but what NB chart says is as shown below, price crossed 3 levels, I didn't trade it, I was on a setup I previously posted which did not pan out...... yet.

Looking at the daily action on 15M chart, you can see it happened after USA open, went from Daily Pivot to Daily R3 fairly quickly, range of 132 pips compared to ADR of 99, nothing special really.

Frank Muir wrote up an EA almost a year ago that will finally be brought to bear with this once it is set. It is very simple, you see your set up and it will automatically set pendings for the next 3 lines for you. It is a really nice EA and will be featured in a later update. I want to get this going first and make sure the bugs are worked out.
