Why not just run a demo and see for yourself? It's better to see something as it's happening than trying to make sense of other peoples second-hand experiences after the fact.

I am live also, as of just prior to Asian session yesterday... I like the predictable and modest risk associated with this bot very much... So, I traded all 3 sessions -- Yesterday's Asian, then London and this morning's NY session... All 3 hit profit... $750 banked... Now, just need to get my letter of resignation together for my employer... :D ... I don't know if my last post went unnoticed or simply ignored, but I do believe that this bot clearly has the guns to go the distance and I hope that consideration for a Percent Risk per Basket might be considered in a future release... Steve, Shelly and of course, Bob, thank you 100x for this gem!

I am only running the EA for NN 10.2 (with Verb's codex) so cannot run this one. Was just trying to get a sense of if it will be worth trying this one once I am done with the other.

Nice!! :) I missed out on that morning big drop :( Went out for a breakfast meeting, and I'm on Live Acc with Shelley, so didn't want to risk anything while away from the charts. I bagged 290 pips in the NY session though. Loving Shelley in this trending maket.

You can run two platforms on same PC. I'm doing something similar on laptop, and have three installs trying out diff strategies. Running on same account though, but using diff magic numbers.

FWIW I've been running S+G with no regular Shelley for over 24 hrs. No trades entered.

I've been running 1l without any changes, just adaptive stops &etc chosen. I pointed out a possible bug with S+G in http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... 232#p14232. I didn't *think* that would prevent entries, but I just made the change I suggested in that post and boom! 12 open trades. But those are the trades it should have entered with standard Shelley mode. Since I made the change in S+G-only code, I'm sure I'm in the right mode. I'll have to figure out what's going on here.

As the one I am testing right now has significantly slowed down my computer I do not want to test another one. I have asked the question in the relevant thread and waiting for response on why it has slowed down. Is it just me? Do I need to do anything (did not change anything except BE+10 and JSL)?

No clue mate. I am not testing the 10.2 EA at the moment.

Are you using the slope display indi? That might be the culprit.
