Thanks Xrismak, early days yet, but yes, hopefully I can continue on the uptrend.

If you do not mind, I would like to ask you about your indicator showing your positions traded for the day as posted above, so you have a link to a download or is it proprietary?

Thanks my friend.

Hi Hannes,

Don't Worry you will get there Gradually but Surely, So long as you keep a Tight Money Management Regime and use small lot sizes growing your Account thereby Building your Confidence , small lot sizes I Emphasize because sometimes one can get Ones Analysis of the Charts Wrong and the FOX will Punish one with a COOL Loss. You don't want to Give Away your Hard Earned Coins to the FOX that Easily...

Attached is the Indi you were referring to in your Post, I believe it was Coded by (Marvellous BALUDA)
Trynna take a Bit off the Fox from the Mild Reversal now...

Happy Trading Y'all,
xrismak ;) :)

Post subject:  Valid W formation?

Hi,

I started reading this forum yesterday. I am at page 26 ......
Nevertheless I want to ask a question on a current chart. Never mind my entry based on an "old system".

I marked a possible W forming on the chart and the question is: Is it a valid W? Drawn correct?

thanks a lot

Why are you trading these 2 pair? What is it that you are looking at?

Post subject:  Re: The Captains Chest - Naked Trading & Other Stuff

Hi All, new day, new news, new analysis and, hopefully, new pips :D

Below is my analysis of the daily charts of various Eur and Gbp pairs.

Given what I see on the charts, I am leaning towards short on both pairs. Please have a look and comment. I do not want to "force" the charts to show me what it is what I want to see.

BTW, I have ignored the JPY crosses with the above two currencies due to JPY weakness / bond selling program.

So, have at it and set me right please.

Cheers

For those who have trouble "seeing" charts as I see them and dealing with the Fox, you might pick up on Scott's methods here. He lays it out in a more technical way than I do, but make no mistake. He "see's" what I see and vise a versa.

He deals with risk:reward in a different way than I do, but much in the same way when you get down to it. He stresses laying into a winning position, putting on a larger initial trade and adding trades as it progresses. Forget all the lines and shit on the chart and his annoying manner at times and pay attention to what he is saying. Note his targets are almost always 50-55 pips! You will hear and see many of the concepts I bring forth here, but presented in a different way.

He can trade naked as I trade naked because we can "see" the lines, patterns and shapes without having to use a visual aid.

The room is open all week and the previous recorded sessions are there to watch. This will help you understand what the Fox or the "big boys" are doing in the market and how they do it. He talks about forecasting or projecting a move but also about following the trade....As I do, he preaches PATIENCE! Wait for the trade....when it presents itself, hammer it and take what is given....50 pips at a time.

Thanks CJ. I have been trying to wrap my head around the concepts you have been explaining.

I did not get in on the free pass with ProAct since I came across your post late in the week but as I looked through their web site I found they have a free 6 lesson (about 6 hour) beginners class that lays out their method of analysis. This is primarily laying out trend lines, channels ,chart formations, waves or legs, Fibs targets and previous support/resistance. They use these to determine what they call market structure to identify low risk high reward potential trades.

As you point out they also have their daily beginners training sessions( about 2 hrs each) archived and available for free where you can see how they apply this method. Seeing and hearing what you have been sharing in a slightly different way has helped me a lot. I wanted to share this info because it might help others also.

Thanks again.
