thanks bob.. i'm using the 4h charts only.. when i trade 1h i cannot seem to accurately get positive results.. when i use the 4h, i get positive results but less trades.. like this week i had 1 trade.. and it was a loser but it was the only one i had seen all week.. what am i doing wrong here ? how is everyone having so many trades and i cannot find anything

LOL Actually I have been in bed sick for the last two days sleeping 12-14 hours a day. I just got up to go to the bathroom and checked my trades and email. Wide awake now and feeling much better. We have a 5 days off this week for May holiday.

China is different than the USA on holidays. They have 3 times in a year the entire country shuts down and they go home for holidays. In the USA we have 1 day holidays or long weekends like Christmas and Thanksgiving but here they have 5-7 Days off for May and Oct first week of the month and 2-3 weeks off for Spring Festival in Jan or Feb. I love it. Then since my school is a foreigner school in China We also take off for Thansgiving, Christmas/NewYear, and Easter. Great schedule. :)

Plus trading 4 hour bars makes trading simple dont have to watch the screen all day. Those moves were right at the 4 hour bar so I was lucky to catch them and take those profits.

Maybe if I was sick, but definitely not if I was on holiday would I be up at 5 am.

I try to give a heads up of what I am looking at every day. I know I dont always but GBP strength and AUD weakness is where it was at this week based on CSS. I always got those JPY sells ready especially when I saw the lines narrow out. I love taking WP and DP crosses back into the trend. That is one of my favorite trades. DID you see how fast the JPY moved at one hint of a news story. I am always ready for that especially since I know bond buying is at the beginning of the month.

I took the EUR/CAD bounce off of the WP when the gold bar showed up. That was a nice trade. Same thing with eur/gbp. Gold bar cross back over the WP.

Fundamentally EURO is in big trouble. I have taken all my pending buys off of the eur/jpy. I am afraid the Euro will be dominating the news again soon.

USD is tough to trade. Bad news it goes down, very bad news it goes up, good news it goes down, very good news it can go up or down. Dang thing.

I hate the CHF. LOL

I had eurgbp pendings short but the color changed from goldenrod so I removed them... I happened to look at another platform and the color was green! I thought I was pretty smart too because it looked like a peaker spike would have gotten me in the short trade and then reversed - then I missed the change back to goldenrod before it did go down. :-(

Play those breaks of the WP and DP. Dont get to tied to the color changes. That thing was meant to make sure you didnt enter too early, a bad habit of mine. Dont lose sight of the original 10.4 signal of the RSI 2 on top and lines bunched together. RSI 2 and crossing pivots, part of the original 10.4 trades are still valid trades. Color bars are meant to keep you from entering too early.
