were is the 10.4 10.5 v 5 template and indicators? Please let me know. I have the complete 10.4 but I think there has been some added things

Chris, at the top of the page where it lists all the page numbers. To the left of that it says "page 397 of 397". Click on that, a box pops up and you enter the page number you want to go too.
