Frist your chart is 4 hr. So your move will be larger than 50 pips. It will be a few hundred so the stop will be larger and the stacking further apart and your lot size should be smaller. What you are looking for is a break of the consolidation (crap) this is the hardest part for me. There is usually a couple of head fakes (stop hunts) that is were everyone jumps in and gets hammered. Usually the last one is opposite of the big move. If you get on there you can really wipe them out. There are usually three pushes in your chart down. That makes one level this happens three times. So three pushes down and three levels down on your chart. You add positions (stack) on the retrace of the push down. Does not have to be exact just wait it will move back up or use fib. Move stops down with added positions is very important it limits risk so you are only risking the value of the first trade stop then nothing then profit. Most people don't grasp the beauty that CJ has shown with this style. The 50 pips is usually off the 15 min. chart. This way it happens almost everyday on some pair and is over quickly. You can even have traded your chart long on the 15 min chart at some point and hit. The stacking turns 50 pips into a few hundred without any more risk. You can even trade the 1 min during the crap I do it but it is hard to stack because the moves are small. CJ or anyone correct me if I am wrong. But that is my take and I am usually wrong. Like the trade I took last night. Which I think is just a stop hunt so I am long the e j hour and 4 hour 15 min you have to trade what the chart says.

look they are there. I took the e j chart from last London and marked it up. I did not see the gap that needed to be covered that added to my wrong call. The call was at the pin low after the three levels. They are not clear on the chart but they are there. I marked them the way I see them. CJ or anyone feel free to correct. But the point is that not always is everything perfectly clear. This is one on the down move that were one candle was the push then a few little retrace candles then a push again. What I am trying to point out is that there was three levels and three pushes. I know not always does it happen and I can see what I want. But put on your glasses if you wan to see clearly leave them off if you do not. Once seen you cannot unseen. Or as my dad says once some one calls you a ********* then they cannot un call you a ***********. I am still thinking 142 on 1 or 4 hour for this pair. Just finishing leg 1 up as I see on 15 min. This time the retrace was one candle and pushes were a couple.

Hope this helps explain the pushes and levels. I did not mark were to put the stacking but on the down it would have been at after the retace of the big down candle (not much room) on the up it would have been on the down candle close and price going at or about down candle open. Notice how the same tactics were used for all levels going down and different tactic but still the same for all three pushes going up. I see level 2 and level 3 should look the same as level one. But what do I know I am always wrong.
