Could you please post your HGB control acc. set file.
Or is it default ? somehow i cannot manage to mimic performance of your acc. hmmm
yesterday you have gained - i have lost significantly... very innteresting, looking for answers why :) heh

It's all OOTB ... on H4. Sorry can't help here.

My results for BasketMirrorEA, running of HGB OOTB, H4, majors+GJ:

The HGB control account fared much better:

Again, if you look at the number of trades BasketMirrorEA did, and compare that to HGB, you see that due to whipsaws of the equity curve, the mirroring keeps on being switched on and off. This is draining the BasketMirror account. Also, when the equity curve suddenly turns south whilst it was mirroring, BasketMirror is often too late to respond. Where BasketMirror thrives, is when the HGB account has a floating loss but is just starting to recover. In that case, BMEA starts the mirroring and will show a floating profit, whilst the control account is still in negative territory.

Not sure yet if, on the longer term, this is an improvement over the control account.

My Account A equity with HGB v1i kept on draining with a lot of repeated opening and closing trades and so my test failed. So I have decided to stop the test.

Thank you for participating in the test, taipan, but I thought that you knew that on Account A you only run HGB, not BasketMirrorEA.

Hello renexxxx. I've been following HGI/HGB for some time and trying your basket EA last week. These are my results with wolfman's settings .
Global Prime, 4H, 20 pairs.

CADJPY -93
EURAUD +10
EURJPY +360
EURNZD +94
GBPCAD -514
GBPJPY -12
GBPNZD -243
GBPUSD +640
NZDUSD +90
USDCAD -41
USDJPY -121
Total: +169 pips
It was +908pips until Thursday...

BasketMirrorEA:
CADJPY -74
EURJPY +145
EURNZD +11
GBPCAD -375
GBPJPY -193
GBPNZD -131
GBPUSD +74
NZDUSD -26
Total: -570
It was +145pips until Thursday...

Maybe i should keep only the majors... Still testing.

I have misunderstood your instruction by putting BasketMirror EA together with HGB on Account A. May be I will try next week and see how it goes. Once again, only Account A running with HGB and the equityplot indi only. Account B with BasketMirror EA. Correct me if I am wrong.
