The initial results are indeed very promising, but beware, it might be that we're in honeymoon phase, as we were f.e. with Dotty (altough I am aware Awesome uses much more sound idea for trading, don't blast me, that was just an example). Test the bot thoroughly before going live with it. I learned the hard way. 1-k-eur-hard way  |

yes so far it looks great everyone who worked on this thanks a lot! Waiting for a 1500 or 2000 pip drop on per example multiple gbp or eur pairs at the moment when i'm on the wrong side. Anyway seems there is a safety stop from 500 pips but still wondering what happens then with the demo equity. thanks again guys for the great work and this great trading family! Pete |

Hi Guys, I wanted to get in on the action here today seeing there is such a great vibe We all know the brilliance of Trader Joe and this time he has really brought it to us and many thanks to Steve who knows when to spot brilliance and code accordingly. Thanks both of you.TJF's 1min set I am currently working on something to see me through the bleak days, well Steve and Tjf have touched on it with their 4timeframe sets and as we all know, the honeymoon does not last forever. The real marriage begins when the honeymoon is over  I hope to bring something different to the table and hopefully with a swing and something more long term.Hope to post my tests at some point. Todays Update - i have not updated the code to the latest as of yet : all balances started at $10k. Day 2: Awesome all timeframes non basket.set Balance : $10,788.22 Equity: $10,158.64 ~ $630 floating loss Awesome M1 basket.set *is using only 0.01 lots instead of 0.1 will fix the basket and lot sizes tonight. Balance : $10,101.03 Equity: ~$10,097.74 ~ $3.30 floating loss Steves four timeframe.set Balance : $10,625.46 Equity: $10,190.90 ~ $433 floating loss M1 baskets is actually the winner today with trades closed frequently and the wrong basket size it should be closer to 10% instead of 1% gain. The other two sets gained 5-6% yesterday but with the current floating loss actual gain is around 1.5%. i will leave the trades open over night. let me know if you have had different results. |
