I have sent you what I expect will be the final donations for this month, although you never know - there may be some still to come.

For now, SHF is safe. I am just awaiting confirmation from Dreamhost that merely adding money to the account is sufficient in advance of the upcoming bill and that the money will not merely be lost in the system if I do so. I do not think there will be any shortfall, but if there is it will not be much and I will make it up.

You deserve all the kindness and support you have received this week, dearest friend. SHF changes lives yet there are those mean-spirited individuals who would have brought us down. Your expertise and cash have prevented this from happening. You are an individual of rare quality.

I shall repeat this exercise at the beginning of each of the coming months. We cannot expect members to be so generous as they have been this month, but I will start off donations with £20 of my own and ask members to contribute £10.
