Yes, it was.

This is why I included the option to turn it off for counter-trend trading. A move to the lowest line signals a ct buy, so Slope is unlikely to be >= 0.4 by then; we shall have to see.

I assume Slope will be most useful when trading the white box, trading the exit of the box in the direction indicated by Slope.

All this is experimental and may come to nothing. We shall have to see.

I saw why SB had placed a sell stop when Slope was buy and hold, and a sell stop when sell and hold, as soon as I looked at the code. It was a logic bloop. Those of you who can, simply copy/paste this over the top of the existing function:
