if you look in your M5 chart at this time you see that exactly in this moment the pair did a big move causing a change of the ATR value during the sl/tp setting, as you see tp was with some delay setted. GBPJPY is a very volatil pair, so this can happen if you set M5 as tf for your SL/TP calculations..

If you want more stable values you should at least use the M15 TF for the atr calculations, you can with the multiplicator adapt, as in M5 with period 10 some nanoseconds delay between the SL and TP setting can cause in pairs like GBPJPY that what you have seen..
Or use fixed values.

just set excludeMagicNumber ti true and set MagicNumberToExclude to the MagicNumber you want to exclude, note this works with ManageAllOpenTrades=true
