Matt_32 May I please know if your Gamma results are using the current PM version in post 1 + MPTM?
This thing is going to take off once Steve incorporates MPTM.
Hi Freeman

I always use the version found on page 1 (I never understood why some people complicate things !!!!!). It is always the more up-to-date and has the author's (in this case Steve's) approval, hence it is put up on page 1.

Now , regarding my way of trading........ I let Pipmasher take a trade, and then jump in and place multiple pendings (use Steve's scripts for HGI) up to where ATRx3 is located (check pic below)

I use MPTM to:

a. set TP which , in my case, is DAILY ATR(14)x3.
b. set SL usually 100-150 pips back, although I am still experimenting
c. Use MPTM to close all trades when a winning% is achieved.
d. Use MPTM for BE and JS

Matt_32,

Any chance you could share your W1 M1 candle indi - and the ADR one if that isn't built in? It looks like it will make it easier to scan the charts for setups.

Hi All,

I have started trading this system live roundabout 3 weeks back. The results are very impressive so fare.
I have started implementing the basics of trading in the direction of the monthly candle with some of my old systems, All I can say is wow. I'm rethinking some old EA's and might try them with this principle.

keep up the ideas and have lots of pips :!!: :!!: :mrgreen:

Exactly what I thought, clearly we don't want to break or overcomplicate something that's already working but I wonder if we can improve other strategies by applying Pipcruiser's Entry as a core filter. :clap:

Again thank you Pipcruiser, even if this doesn't pan out in the long run, I think everyone here appreciates what you have shared.

That is a thought worthy of consideration.

Next week I will produce a shell with PC's entry as the core filter - will not be hard to do. Coders will be able to experiment quickly and easily from there. For example, PC's core has a buy setup, so trade triggers can be whatever else the coder/coder-commissioner wants to play with; Stoch reaches/exits certain levels; x MA crosses y MA; Volumes hit x etc.

Back to PP, believe me noobs the markets will not always cooperate as they did this week, so don't get too excited. Even knowing this, I enjoyed upping the demo balance by just shy of 20% in three days - and flat for the weekend.

PC, just out of curiosity have you tried different triggers such as: MN Dw, W1 Dw, D1 Dw. I would have thought you would have started with this and then ruled it out, right? And if so how different were the results?
