The MSW (MultiSpeedWay) didn't work ... swicht from v1 to v2 did it immediately ! This bot is now up and running ... yes really running ! This baby looks amazing !

Hi ! :hi: It’s a pity, but I had to abandon the MSW (MultiSpeedWay) EA - to wild trading, to high DDs. Had a lot of hope testing this bot, however have to except the current results of the MSW as well. I replaced this MSW with the new “TheTrickster” Jose posted recently. Someone else here is testing this bot already and posted a link with results. I’ll start the “TT” perhaps at next Monday. • PP/PPoS: This EA passed through a satisfactory week. I missed a big 10%-basket TP jump due to a BO and a following strong trend – unfortunately that happen rearly, but it happen from time to time like we can see it in the result’s history of this EA. So we have to await patiently a next strong move. Btw soon I’ll celebrate the first anniversary of my PP/PPoS test – and it looks like I’ll can acclaim a successful finish. All in all this is a bot requiring patience for months may be years even ! But it looks very reliable. Use the simple classic “xfactorno” set with 2-3% risk for the lot size + the MPTM or the sAPBM with a 8-10% basket TP. It doesn’t matter which numbers you use exactly – I think noone knows the only ideal setfile for this EA, presumably it doesn’t even exist. So it’s nearly impossible to optimize the settings further – keep it simple like the settings posted here around demonstrate it ! • ESW v3, 4 vs. 2: The EuroSpeedWay v2 is a nice EA as well, although a bit in trouble atm. But I hope it will get out the DD. In any case it looks like this bot is very very stable due to Joses tricky hedging approach – a strategy hopefully guaranteeing survival at least. Bcz of this strategy even the v3 + v4 are doing a pretty god job so far, although the gains itself for these two guys aren’t really convincing in comparison to the v2. However I see a significant good difference to former EAs of this type: the number of open loosing trades is limited all the time quite reasonable and is never growing up, so there is a good change for managing the DDs – in my eyes this is the best feature of these ESW type bots ! Lets see which gains the ESWs will bring over the time … and yes, "time" means weeks/months. Yes, I think this EA is a long term trader like the PP/PPoS as well, may be you could earn some bucks a bit earlier then using the PP/PPoS – but this ESW baby won’t bring you millions overnight !  • EGH: And yes, I have this one in testing too. Hmmm - not sure about this bot. Maybe it will develop better during the next 2-3 weeks. Trading like crazy it makes your broker happy, but it doesn’t bring - at least for now - really attractive profits ? Anyway: although the number of open loosing trades is high atm – I have some hope that the bot will manage the BEG.  • Other actual bots: I’m watching EAs like the Goosey, TheTrickster, Multisystemforex, MultiCurrenyTrader and Forex Duck. If someone here is testing these (or even others) EAs plz post your links with test results to follow continuously the trade process of the bots. I saw already some trader fellows doing so – thx to all of them ! :hi: :hi: |

Hi AGT, Do you mind it is worth to play with so many EAs only by demo. When do you intend to go live? Seems to me you are only testing to find the holy grail? Sorry, I do not see any advantage to follow the thread by considering what you intend to publish. Please be not angry, if you are still a student, but your efforts are waste of time. Open a real mini-account for $100 or whatever, then let us talk about your experiences. That might be a challenge, you can grow with. The same message refers to all the demo-traders.
