Hello Spider. I´ve been testing 10.7 and 10.6 in parallel on two computers with two different accounts with varying results. I´ve made a few changes to the dashboard in accordance to the best results I am getting. I would like to change a couple more things but my coding is very elemental and I need help. The main change I have made is to the trend column of 10.6. The trend now relates to D1 instead of H4. If price is above D1 ma60 and D1 ma240, the color of the square is Lime. If price is below D1 ma60 and D1 ma240 the color of the square is Red. In addition: I have made the following change: If price is above H4 ma60 and H4 ma240 a Lime diamond appears next to the Lime square. If price is below H4 ma60 and H4 ma240 a Red diamond appears next to the Red square. So now, a square with diamond shows price above all 4 ma´s. If price is between the D1 ma60 and D1 ma240 the square appears Goldenrod in color. I eliminated the Olive drab option. So the trend column is now pretty straitforward. A Lime/Red square with diamond indicates a trend in both D1 and H4. I made a few color and default changes to make the dashboard more readable. I removed the Wk and D1 columns since the pair color already relates to the alignment or unalignment of both. I also removed the D1 stochastic arrow condition for the pair name colors since I noticed it is rarely a factor. The result is a simpler looking dashboard that concentrates your attention where it should be: The pair colors and the D1Trend column. The change I need help with is with the pair colors. I would like the colors as follows: ForestGreen pair: Wk1 and D1 column align (Lime) AND D1Trend square is Lime. FireBrick: Wk1 and D1 columns align (Red) AND D1Trend square is Red. Lime pair: Wk1 and D1 column align AND D1Trend square is Lime AND shown stochastic column value is below Stochastic low setting. Red pair: Wk1 and D1 columns align (Red) AND D1Trend square is Red AND shown stochastic column value is above Stochastic high setting. This combines the signals of 10.7 and 10.6 but with a D1 trend instead of H4. From my trials so far, this combination is giving me the most reliable signals so far and it is what I am using personally to trade live. The D1 trend indicator is keeping me out of trouble in strong trending pairs like GbpUsd. I am very happy using it instead of the H4 trend. This dashboard should be named something like 10.6/10.7 to differentiate it from the 10.7/10.9 available now. I am attaching my edited dashboard file for you to work with. Please, let me know if you have any questions regarding this. Many thanks. |

hi al, Attached is the dashboard with your custom changes. Seems that you have customized some of the schemes to your preferences, so this would be a custom version for you. Cheers |

Thanks a lot, Spider. I will continue looking for the best combination of settings. It is much easier to achieve with your dashboard than with the charts alone. |

Great work on the this dashboard... Right now I have both this latest dashboard and CSS on the same page so I can quickly look at potential trades. I was wondering if on the dashboard can another column be created where the values of the daily CSS can be shown. As an example I am looking at the daily CSS and I see that GBP is above the .2 line showing a strong currency. I also see AUD is below -.2 showing a weak currency. Now on the dashboard I would like to see the GBPAUD pair to be highlighted of this fact. That would give me instant info that this is a pair that I would like to buy into strongly. There will be 2 main states as I see: 1. Currency pair that has one part above the .2 line and the other part below the -.2 line 2. Currency pair that has both parts within the .2 : -.2 lines Depending on the pair either will show a strong trend or range. Another example is EURJPY. Both are within the .2 -.2 lines so are ranging. Eur is the stronger and JPY the weaker of the pair. This pair would need to show a range color and a way to show that EUR is stronger then JPY. Of course I can just look at the CSS daily and see for myself but since this is a dashboard where we can see at a glance all the pairs with potential trades it might be a nice addition if not to hard to implement. What do you think? |

Hello SPIDERX So the Dashboard alert finally arrives How about creating a Dashboard Indicator (Just like SPIDERX) based on TMA, instead of Stochastic. This new indi will keep scanning all the pairs offered by a broker and alert us when price action has touched/crossed upper and lower lines thus helping us find better entry when price reverses. I guess Bob,Steve,Tomaso and all other seniors will like this idea? Forgive my ignorance as I am a new student. Hats Off to my gurus :hi: |

I too use TMA on the H1, H4 and D1 timeframes... I manually go and check out each currency pair after I look at the daily CSS... Having a value distance from the upper/lower lines to give us an alert or even just the value would be informative... An example is below: |

Hi, There is a manual CSS entry feature in the dashboard ....and also a debate on whether to put CSS into the dashboard (see the discussion a few pages back). Some of the members here are in consensus that auto-reading of CSS would not be so useful. I also share that opinion about the usefulness of auto-CSS reads. Also, CSS levels are only part of the story, currency can be above 0.2, but decreasing in strength...going from 0.8 to 0.6 for example. In that case, your definition is not so correct anymore. It should be more accurate to do manual reads and key in the currency directions into the indicator for reference. However, if one or two more members here support your request with good enough reason, i will gladly implement it. Cheers |

Hi Spiderx, I currently manually add the CSS feature to the dashboard. My way of looking at the chart is if a currency is above the .2 line my bias is to buy that currency especially if the other currency is below the -.2 line... Bias is what I want.... Either trending bias or ranging bias... I do look at CSS daily for all my trades. I have quickly found it to be one of main intuitive tools. Thanks for listening... |

Sorry. Dashboard alerts have not arrived yet. Just placed the code there for the variables but not working yet. When it is working, i will announce this feature in my post of the next version. Cheers |
