Not easy to deal with that. A strong change of trend seem be happening, and it painfully begun at the end of last week, with no time to take positions. Friday most of us must have closed trades for the weekend, and now we find this continuation in GBPUSD, EURUSD, AUDUSD, etc with no time to enter with strict rules. It will take some time RSI2 give signals and the only wise choice seem to stay out and wait for the retrace. I fear this will not happen until thursday, so it will be difficult to enter and hold positions for more than 24 hours. This could be a boring week: trades only on thursday until friday London close. If you feel risky you always can enter with no RSI2 signals, but price is too far from 240 now and a strong retrace could hurt you at any time.

believe he meant 10.5 which is the 1H chart setup.

i can't comment more than that because.... :roll: i didn't read up on it (sorry Masters of 10.5)

oh yea did anyone long $GBPJPY? it was called on 10.4.
long $EURJPY too.
i didn't know we broke a 12 month high until netdania told me.
but it's only 40+pips from my entry at 132.10 area...which means instead of the usual colossal 200-300pip range day...this new 12month high was achieved with only...40+pips.

of course we are still above the previous 12month high of 132.3(something like that).
so...just still having things locked in place.

who knows we may get the usual 1-3pm EST ramp.

I guess this is where there's room for personal preference and variations on the 105/104 trade model. I'm trading 105 but like many have my own adaptations, that's allowed me 4% gain today, but then yesterday I was down attempting a long on the Cable. I've got a loooooong :roll: way to go, but I feel Bob with the 105 system has given me a roadmap to go forward with. I'm also applying what I "think" I learnt from CJ in Price Action.

My understanding was that Signals for 10.5 still came from 10.4 charts, then using 10.5 DP lines for entries/exits, not using 1H CSS lines to generate signals. Sure this is totally valid strategy, but as this is still only a month or so old for me, trying to stay with simplicity until I have it mastered/profitable before getting too nuanced.

It's only thursday and already 850 pips in the bank.... :D

Glad you made so many pips.

Of course, I mean 'boring' if you want to play strict rules. I use to play the majors so maybe I´m missing EURCAD and others, but so far the potential trades list is almost empty in my dashboard.

Been trying out Bob's system last couple of days but have been reluctant on any entries so far. I figure take it slow.

One thing I would love to see is a daily thread discussing possible trades?

For example a thread start with today's date indicating that USDCHF is setting up as a buy and CADJPY also as a buy.

Just a thought.
