Also, does 1.08a include the automatic delete pending orders change you mentioned? If I understand correclty, in its current form, the EA fires up its set of pending orders if the conditions are met... Then, please confirm if I'm understanding correctly the way the EA works in the following scenarios:
a) If some of them eventually FILL and then close (either for profit or loss), then the EA will send a new pending order for that symbol as soon as the conditons are met.
b) If some pending orders DON'T fill because the Price fails to touch it, they just keep floating around as PENDING ORDERS until the setting "delete pending" triggers in whatever day you choose and then start over.
My suggestion, could it be something like "delete unfilled pending orders every X days" instead of having it "fixed" at once per week?

The idea behind this was, if an order has closed at, 1.50 and price falls back and the conditions are met, don't fill another order at that rate, wait until tomorrow, usefull if we are long and get a red bar and price closes, orders can still add to because it only
works if open orders are zero.
Pending orders are now deleted if price goes to the opposite side of the MA, all pending orders are valid until a new week begins, so Steve's method of deleting on Friday evenings work well. |
