Hi,
Just want ask when we use daily lines to but pending orders. Do we use Mid lines (MSR) or best use main lines (SR)?

I was trying to figure out how to read CSS - It looks like the eur is strengthening and the cad is weakening wouldn't this mean the eurcad would go up?

You are at a point of decision. Eur/cad will either break up or bounce down back into the trend. Price is right at the 240 line. You see the daily CSS shows they are ready to cross and the 4H shows the Cad has move to the weakest position. This sets up a classic 10.4 trade to take a bonce off of the 240 line. If it works I take 2 trades and TP at the WP. Then a new trade if it breaks further down. If they cross I know those sell trades are no good and I kill them and look to buy. Why because my new siganl would show CAD going down on the Daily CSS, EUR going up and a cross of the 240 line. Now I can buy with confidence. ALways remember the heart and soul of 10.4 is that 240 line. CSS confirms a bounce south or a new trend north of the line. I will go into buy mode when I see that cross on the CSS and the cross of the 240 line. See pics below.

so you setup the trade even when CSS is still green.

on another note : there are tons of positions ready to be setup. gonna be a good week

Are you running the currency slope strength with all the currencies on the "info" page? For me that's the one that chugs the processor a bit - much better when the number of bars for that is reduced.

I have to admit my main PC is a bit of a monster but my laptop isn't and that copes ok.

Cheers,
Dave.

You are right. I cleared all the unused pairs out. HUGE difference.
Recommend that to all.
Ian

Edit
Removed all unused pairs in the Market Watch. I think that made the difference.
How I can remove all the unused pairs?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Open Market Watch - right click on Symbol at the top - select Hide - Hide everything you don't use.
Also you can save this / choose sets/ Save as / then copy it to Symbolsets in your other MT4s

My charts used to lock up before I did this. Hope it still works when the data feed comes on.
This was Bob's suggestion.
Thanks Ian, you can also increase the RAM performance by reducing the Max bars in History and Chart.
Go to Tools/Options/Max Bars

thanks for this Pips, now, why does my INFO page not populate?
