Hmmm .... hate to post this but not sure about that advantage 'over all other traders" Bob, as the Daily chart using a 'standard' RSI has been showing this situation for 3 days now.

Very interesting to see when the HGI indicator brings up the big green buy arrow.

That said the HGI indicator is a marvellous tool for teaching greater understanding of market moves IMHO. Couple HGI with serious chart watching and the average student will get a quantum leap in time saved understanding how the often moves.

Thanks for all the effort you have put into it. Greatly appreciated far and wide.
I think AUDUSD might play out something like this chart (see below), medium term.
If it breaks or bounces off of that FIB 61,8 % will determine if it goes back up or further down.
Right now it looks like it is closing that gap that opened this week.
There's also the appeal of AUDUSD long carry trade and the US republican vs. Obama government funding
issue to take into consideration.

Luckily HGI will tell the story on intraday TF to harvest pips either way.

Moderators: delete my post if you feel it is off topic.

Here's another story on the pair:

Personally I have found that for me personally HGI combined with the Hurst system are now the icing on the cake. Works far better than I expected than just Hurst by itself for predicting the length of each run. Below is a screen capture of the EURUSD 240m. Hurst was a mathematician and aerospace engineer in the 70's using main frame computers of the time. He was brilliant at predicting stock market runs and made lots of money from his displaced MA indicators which were displaced half the amount the length they were.

For me HGI with Hurst takes all the guess work out of trading.

   thank u for ur trading ideas .. hope it will help to us.. pls continue ... :hi:

Absolutely priceless. TIT really hates me and realises that this place makes FF look silly.

I had an idea and PMed it to Bob. I was in the same situation, overslept the wavy lines and ended up with the full SL.
The ides is to add to indi an option to tick, if in case there is a wavy line present you want to close the trade(s) on that pair.

Yeah that would definitely help. But an indi won't do that. It would need to be a trade mgmt. EA I would think. Someone mentioned earlier about adding that feature to Steve's MPTM, but don't know how feasible that is.
Just use the HGB-EA.

Set stoptrading to true so it won't open new trades and set the exit you want.
Just make sure to use the same magic# (0) and comment on the trades and the EA.

Thought I'd post these interesting charts on Aussie they are from the Sig trader site/Lite forex and they show composite charts for all of the major currencies a litte bit similar to the dollar index for USD.

Anyway this is the Audlfx charts for H4 and Daily, I'm wondering if they will give the heads up for a reversal on Aussie before Audusd does?

Does that have a close parameter for Wavy CSS lines?

Gertje, that is done with 'stop trading' set to true right? This way the EA doesn't place trades but will continue to manage any manual positions based on the opposite arrow/wavy options selected(?)
