I do seem to be reading a lot of posts by you asking for help.

These are starting to read like primary school children throwing their hands into the air and demanding, "Me, Miss." "And Me." "And Me." "And Me." "And Me."

SHF members are expected to do some thinking for themselves. You appear to be reluctant to do so and are asking for help at every step of the way. This is not a good strategy for remaining a contributing member of SHF.

I will stop you if you continue along you current path of self destruction.

Thanks for the sharing. I have tried to load the required templates for your setup but it seems that the whole charts are stalled. Also, there is a mistake of your shared indicator's name on "Solar wings Joy" in your UBD set file. I will attach the correct one here.

It appears that I attached the wrong UBD Solar winds set. Sorry for that. Here is the correct one:
UBD-SolarWindsJoy.set
The most important thing that I forgot is my Tdesk trading partner set because it is linked to my template with a different magic number. It should not matter if you use a later version of the Ea, I am on version 4e:

Anyone testing this please let me know if all ok. You will not have more than 3 trades per pair and you can set your risk accordingly. Even set it to 1 trade per pair if you wish.

Hi Waveggarick,

After I have loaded the TDesk UBD manually using your set files, can't even proceed to load TDesk EA and TDesk Trading Partner EA. The Task Manager (Win7) showed memory usage of 2.25 MB and the Empty4 platform is not responding. I figured out is the "UBD - MTF HGI Bars Caller" when it is loaded, the memory usage increased to 2.25 MB. This platform I used was using TDesk setup without any problem.

Hi Taipan,

Thanks for your feedback. I did not have much of an issue on my computer, however I take note of your issue. It is always good to have your platform running lite with as little memory usage as possible. I am now looking at going back to Thomas's original ubd/usd Hgi set files and not using the Ubd Hgi caller set.

Just need a bit of time to get rid of the old cobwebs and need to go back and read up. ;)

Any other ideas saving on resources are welcome.

But we can achieve this much easier. USD has a built-in HGI (using the HGI library). We need to simply change the settings to what we want here. The signals are also the same.

This will be much faster and have a smaller CPU footprint than calling the MTF TD indicator each time.

Ok It is a very simple fix and solution guys, thanks to Thomas's post on page 44. It does exactly the same as my MTF HGI Wavegarrick Bars TD V2 indicator and UBD Hgi caller set. Remove the indicator from your indicator folder so that the template does not pick it up.

Load the following set file to your TDesk universal signals drone (USD) indicator:
USD HGI Leon.set
I have now done the same thing and my cpu usage has dropped dramatically.

This should solve all issues there may be.

Hi Leon,

I had tried different loading methods as follow:
1. Load the TDesk EA first on chart, no issue here.
2. Load the TDesk Trading Partner EA v4h also no problem.
3. Finally load the TDesk UBD templates from which I have set it up manually. Also no problem.
4. Load preset file for TDesk EA from your set file. Now the problem comes, it freezed the Empty4 platform. Tried to force it shut down via task manager and restarted it, also the same problem, freezed the Empty4.

Now I gave up of trying. Sorry that I could not help to set them up for testing.

Hi Leon,

You are few minutes earlier than me to show me the solution. Now I have successfully set them up and the memory usage reduced to 1.9 MB but no problem running them.
