Get in touch with the guys at GP. They will help you to open a demo account if you are having problems.

They do not treat demo account holders differently to live account holders. They hope that one day you will become a live account holder and that they will be able to become filthy stinking rich. Then they will make money out of commissions on your increasingly larger trades.

Trust the guys at GP, KRT68. They are truly fabulous people.

All I can say is keep on trying. GP are fantastic people. Get this problem sorted and you will never regret it. I have sent off an email to GP on your behalf.

Don't feel embarrassed ever to nag them for help. They will help you cheerfully. I promise.

I repeat. GP are on the side of us traders. They are hoping to help every demo trader to become a live trader and then become filthy stinking rich.

Every time a live GP trader ups his/hers trading lot size, their commission rises. They are on our side.

GP will help you open a demo account so long as you are also patient.

Try completely uninstalling your GP platform, then try the attached setup file - it is the one I use.

It detected the .exe file.

Change the extension of the attached to .exe and see if that works.

hey KRT68

you have to rename the file extension from mq4 to exe

also, temporarily suspend/ disable your antivirus while installing, (there should be that option in its menu) -should sort it
