CMeade2,

If you look at GPBUSD all symbols which have either GBP or USD are used tot calculate GBP and USD's strength. Other symbols (EURJPY, NZDCAD etc) are not used because (theoretically) they do not contribute to GBP's or USD's strength.

There is no fix for this problem because it is not a problem.

I'm sorry I'm still confused. Based on your explanation it seems that the "GBP" curve for two different pairs should be same since the same pairs were used to calculate it.

In your comment above you noted that Au/J was not weighted in the first chart but it was on the second. Based on your explanation, I assume that Au/J would influence the Jpy curve but not the Gbp.

Is that right?

Thanks again

Yes.
I believe the issue is the same defect mentioned here:

New version CurrencySlopeStrength, v1.0.4 in post 1.
Changes:
  • Fixed bug in 'showOnlySymbolOnChart' logic, thanks George
This one was long overdue. Sorry George & CMeade2

Thanks.

One question. Is there a way to trade the threshold in Currrency Slope Strength (e.g., when the threshold is crossed above or below).

This doesn't seem to have been discussed here.

Oddly I still have a slight problem that you may have some insights on.

I have two Empty4 accounts. One is a live account with Oanda. It has a lot of pairs to trade, but I don't like to look at it on Empty4 because it uses New York EST time on the charts.

I also have a demo account on FXDD. It has fewer pairs (e.g., no Eu/NZ, Ch/Cad, etc), but it uses New York 5 pm as midnight on the charts. Because this works much better with the pivot calculations, I like to look at these charts.

If I put the new version of Currency Slope Strength on Oanda, it works perfectly (especially if I am just plotting currency pairs).

However, if I put it on FXDD it doesn't work. Either it gives the wrong values (as discussed before) and sometimes it plots nothing at all. I have played around with the setting for autosymbol etc, but it always gives the wrong result.

Any insight?

Multiple Instances of iExposure 1.0.9 with the same or different names on one chart sometimes overlap, sometimes show up in different windows but with only one "largePrint" (I modified largePrint size) for all windows in the upper window as attachement shows. Why does it show the positiv value of the lower window? I have no idea.
