A reason for these ridiculous differences may be an increase in what is called “carrier trade” whereby exporters take out loans against their traded products, and invest this money in various wealth management products after converting the loans into yuan.

2.5% was what I achieved yesterday, but obviously it also depends on the market. Some days you get zilch because the market is flat, while other days you may get negative. So I try to set 2.5% per day to cover the non-performing days.

Zennor, nice results. How do you choose the 2 or 3 pairs that interest you? Look at the strongest/weakest currencies in CSS and trade those pairs? Using that approach I would not have picked GBPCAD -- GBP is pretty dead-to-middle in both D1 and H4. USDCAD looks a bit more promising, but on the H4 I would have thought USDCHF or USDJPY would be the best bet.

during a ranging market,prior to a known event for example the QE, the price is trapped . Rather than just putting a buy stop for a breakout, i would also put in a buy limit to work on the mkt. this has worked well for me as the risk is limited to just the one trade.

Dang, already a 1.000 pip day today [09h00].
AUD is treating me well.

I decided to put my money where my mouth is, and opened and account with Jeremy.
Funding just got through and I'll set the Empty4 up later today. If SH-forum and MT4i allows it, I will provide a link to the account in my signature.

It's a $2.000,- account where I will start trading 0.01 lots.

I took a trade using some of the ideas I learned in 10.5 on my live account.. Long term long on the AUDUSD using the RSI flattening on different TF's. It's up, up, up from here IMO :)
