Also look under "Time" that is not right, I really dont understand what happened there but its 1.20am here and the orders are showing something completly different than my standard 2+ hrs forex opening time. very strange |

BBBE just took two GBPCHF trades. I did as you suggested and set up three sets. GBPCHF appears in my Europe set and my N.Y. set. I double and tripled checked the trading time and I believe these trades should not have happened, since it's outside of my specified trading hours. Double checked that I used 24 hr format, my local time. Also, I assume that two trades were taken because I had the all the sets open at the same time, and GBPCHF appears in both my London & New York sets. I was hoping it would only open one trade. Don't hit me, Boss. |

Hello Steve, Took your suggestion, to heart, to use three separate set files with BBBE. During the Tokyo Session I had two NZDUSD BUY orders open during the same minute. 'onlytradetwice' is set to true. Does that mean two orders of the same pair can be open simultaneously, or is this an error? If the two orders on the same pair are a SELL and a BUY, that would indicate an attempt to hedge, which is not allowed with my broker. The following link points to a possible solution for limiting the number of orders per bar to one: http://forum.mql4.com/29662. At 8:00 pm (2000 hrs), BBBE reports that it is outside of the trading hours, which is how I programmed the set file, which is good. Two orders remain open. Are those orders monitored by BBBE. Or, do I need to run another session of BBBE with a set file programmed to define no pairs. Or do I need to run a separate Basket/Trade Manager during periods of non-trading by BBBE?! Any suggestions on how to handle BBBE on separate sessions, with orders being alive during non-trading hours, would be appreciated. Regards, -Frank |
