Hi Guys,

Has anyone noticed that sometimes the green arrows are cut off at the bottom of the screen. An example is today's 1H eur/usd chart. My 10am (+2GMT) candle is huge and has a green arrow below it. Yet I can't see the arrow unless I drag the vertical scale on the right down. Have had to manually adjust all my charts to get around the problem.

Mark,

I think, this is a problem of all arrows you're using (getting on screen).
If you remember it as a point to look for, it should be not a real problem.

running smoothly since this morning.
But 2 hours ago I tried to load a few fresh charts and the indicator will not load anymore.
I get the message: HGI indicator is expired...

Hi Lagrange,

Expiration is set to 2015.04.01. There must be something wrong on your computer.

HGI should tell you the expiration date in the expert tab when you load it with alerts on. Can you check that it is showing the correct date ?

If you can't manage to get it working, send me a PM so we try to work it out.

(in the eventuality that you're a visitor from the future trying HGI, I will kindly ask you to give me some of the euromillions numbers for january 2015)

Sure Elixe and Tommaso,

if the HGI does its job its normal to give you some of the Millions made with it.
I assume all subscribers will support this team which made this model, including Baluda and Steve.
Bob asked us to make a donation to http://www.compassion.com to help some child with their education, very noble and this will be done also.
