Thanks milanese.....had another question if I could ask. This is prob real basic but here goes...I saw that people are changing the colors of the wavy lines and I saw that it is done in the buffers6 and 7 ..but the question is what are the differences between them. When I did it I saw the two different colors showing up sometimes above price and sometimes below and sometimes both together. Couldn't really see it enough of a pattern to find the purpose....and thanks fr creating a thread where noobs like me and others can ask the basic questions klike these and learn... :good:

buffer 6 marks a TMA slope range start and buffer 7 a TMA slope range end

Thanks again milanese...timely as I was re-reading the tma pdf Bob sent out...I am looking around the forum for the TMA indicator he has that is a graph in the window below the price, where he talked about the bars being above or below .8 or -.8 as well as .4 or -.4. It is called 10.2 tmaslope_norm and it used the TMA true numbers. It is pictured in that PDF file and he uses it for his examples.

Pertaining to the wavy lines...If I am understanding correctly one color would show where the bars in the indicator I am looking for (mentioned above) has a cross of that zero line starts (in either direction) and the other color wavy line would show where the bars returns to the zero line(from either direction?)...or am I not getting it?....thank for your patience.

no a ranging zone is not defined with a cross 0 , a zone at exp. from -0.2 to 0.2 (the values are only used for an exampel..) in this zone there is mostly no clear direction defined, interesting is the leaving from ranging zones, as here often a new trend will start..

....Ok.....yep ...I see that...that is what he had pictured in the TMA PDF booklet. ( Only he was using .4 and -.4 for nothing happening and .8 or -.8 for take profits in a range, above .8 or below -.8 was a trend)...that bar indicator he used in the booklet would show that at a glance so we could tell if the price was looking to break out of the range...or winding down. That helps me personally because if I check and see it coming back towards zero i know to check again soon because it is winding down. Sometimes (Often) I miss the wavy lines printing or sometimes i don't get a big arrow on a reverse... and am skiddish about entering late.

Is there a way to get the 10.2 tma slope indi (bar graph) he pictured in the pdf document that was sent out?


Also just curious...is there a way to have the CSS show daily lines or 4h lines when on an hourly chart?

Hi all,
Each time I load up my chart and put the "charts into alphabetical order script", it automatically closes all the charts. Not the platform itself but the charts. Has anyone had this experience or am I doing something wrong? How can this problem be solved? Thanks for making this wonderful indy and ea btw, it's beyond amazing.

Make sure your "AutoTrading" is enabled and it will work flawlessly!
