The FLOW Plus ALR EA

We are not done, but I thought I would share what we have so far. These seem to be the best pairs to trade and the ones to avoid. With further testing we might find better settings for the "no's" to make them work but I would leave them off for now.

Hi,
First of all, thanks for sharing. I am a big fan so far

I have tested this since mid May. I have made around 1600 with 40/120 setting and 0.1 trading lot

I have manually closed 3 baskets of trades when it's been in a nice profit.
As you can see I've had different results from the pairs you list. Not sure if my info is of any use, but I am happy to keep testing and sharing my results

Thanks again, I am absolutely loving it, and hope to go live with it in a few months.

am i the only one not having success with this EA? running basically OOTB but with 40/120 setting a la currymonster and dewey and its just been steadily heammorhaging money after a decent start. global prime demo

Please use the set file in post 1 (40). OOTB settings are too low.

You have this:

ALR_MaxTrades=10
ALR_MaxLots=5.0
ALR_MaxPercentLoss=7.5

For testing purposes I am using this:

ALR_MaxTrades=20
ALR_MaxLots=10
ALR_MaxPercentLoss=30

The idea was to see how many turns we would need. 10 is too low. Try 15 for now. As we do more testing we will cut back on MaxPercentLoss once we can determine the lowest we can go with that.

June 10 new version 109 below with some fixes in the ALR calculation part, should work more stable..

I wanna thank you guys for the great job done. I am running the EA on demo account but I found out that sometimes after the alr mode is activated and later close on profit, the ea refuses to close the pending order and so, if the marker draws back again, it would open the pending order.

this should with the updated version not happen, but if you make a simil observation, please attach your expert log , this would help me to understand what caused your problem..
Note you shouldnever mix up this EA with other EA's or manual trades on the same account..
