This is a problem if you had market trades open, otherwise not. Let me know if I did not explain this in the user guide and I will update it. Could you have a look for me, please?

Great- By the way, it seems to not be working right now in both GBPJPY H4 and USDJPY H4 if you're still up.

OOPS! Goofy me, it's morning there isn't it- not late at night.

PPS- And all of the AUD H1's just showed the " Low signal found on previous candle" signal w/o the
"" Low signal emerging on present candle" signal on the candle before... Hope this helps, Stan

Steve- I found the problem; I restarted my computer 2 days ago & when Empty4 started, it came up with the 'v' version on all the charts instead of the 'X' version that I had on all the charts before I did the restart. And the 'V' version doesn't have the "Low Signal emerging on current candle" signal just the "Low Signal found on previous candle" signal. I have since saved my charts in a profile as I should have to begin with.

I'm sorry for confusion; the "X" version is working perfectly with BOTH signals now.

Noticed a little odd behavior on time frame change on 2b. If you change timeframe from h4 to say D1 and back. "Distance between grid = 0" appears and if you happens to get a signal ti puts X buys and attempts X sells at the same price level.

can anyone else try changing TF back and forth on their demo and let me know.

seems to recalculate again once you close Empty4 and reopen it.

That issue is known and Steve talks about it in the original thread : http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... 70#p135990 . It happens when you change timeframe, or when you change the HGB'nG settings, to solve simply restart the platform or put HGB'nG again on the chart.

I try to make it possible to change time frames without disturbing my bots, but doing so can still have unpredictable results. I always disable them before changing time frames.

It's not a biggie... I can always open up a separate chart to see PA on other time frames

G'day all,

Just a quick question;
Because I live in Upside Down land, I thought I'd leave the default FridayStopTradingHour=14, and the SaturdayStopTradingHour=24.
I noticed that right on midnight my time/Saturday 00:00, everything resumed.
HGB'nG took trades on several more pairs, and now it is Saturday 06:00 my time, I have many still open and many pending, when originally I only had EURUSD open+pending trades. When it stopped trading the time was Friday 20:00 my time AEST.

I can't figure out which to set, and to what!

Ok, the brain cells aren't firing too well at the moment as I wanted to see what happened during NFP and only have had 3 hours sleep, but I hope someone can explain to a tired Aussie which settings if I just wanted no more trades taken after 20:00/8pm Friday night my time.

The time is now Saturday 06:18 Local, and Friday 20:18 London time...

Hi Tony,

Just set FridayStopTradingHour=20 and SaturdayStopTradingHour=0 and it will never trade on "your" Saturdays.

Leaving SaturdayStopTradingHour=24 will allow the bot to trade on Saturday again, if the market is open (which is the case in your region), as the day starts at 0:00 and ends at 23:59 but never attains 24.
