I think i got the issue. The matrix displays all signals and my charts had usehurstfilter = true. So i was missing some signals.

I have the same problem, matrix quit working. I downloaded latest matrix indicators and I downloaded the latest "lib" file from the HGI forum like you instructed Mike above.

The message is HGI_V 17.00 is expired.

I tried HGIMatrixMTFv31.ex4 and HGIMatrixMTFv31L.ex4 and they both get same message.

Not sure what can be wrong. I just did the same thing: downloaded hgi_lib.ex4 and HGI_V17.00.ex4. Placed the hgi_lib.ex4 into \Libraries and HGI_V17.00.ex4 into \Indicators (these directories should be opened from the File->Open Data Folder menu in Empty4). And I can confirm that both the 31L and 31 version of the matrix are working on my platform.

When I clicked on the two objects you have in your message above and put them where they belong it works now.

Hi Renexxx, great work by the way,

I am trying to create a strategy using your signals as the HGI is in exe and I can't access the code in there,

I am hoping you can help I am picking up your signals and capturing the values as global variables but the signals are always shown and I am trying to reset the signals to 0 after current bar closes ie signal is [1] when current bar expires then current bar will be [1] and signal bar will be [2]

I was hoping to use the numbers you have in the cells but can't identify the variablein your code for these anyway so if you can either let me know the variable that counts the bars since signal or how to reset my global variables to 0 on expire of current bar that would be just great.

Hi Censura,

I do not recommend using HGIMatrix as the basis for an EA -- instead use the HGI-library or HGI-indicator directly. HGIMatrix is nothing more than a visualisation tool -- it derives the signals from the HGI library/indicator and displays them on the screen. I do not know what is going on inside the HGI code. But the creators of this code, have provided to all of us an API (the library) and an indicator that we can call to get the signals. That's where you should start.

Ok using the HGI indicator which I have 16.07 loaded on charts can you let me know either where the information is or help me with how I can pull signals into my code

ie how I can get into either global or directly into my ea along with away to ensure I identify if a signal is given it on closed bar [1]

I really appreciate your help in this matter and thanks a gain for your great matrix
