Hi @milanese,
Atm I'm using APTM to simply close trades on Fridays at 23.45. I had 3 tests running, 2 on my VPS and one on my local PC. All were running milaneseAPTM_249. All had the same set file except I have ManageByMagicNumber=true and the appropriate magic number in each of the set files.

I started all 3 tests on market open for the week. My TZ is GMT+10 so local time for market open for me is 7am Monday morning.

With the 2 tests on my VPS all trades were closed on Monday at 23.45 (in my TZ this is 06:45 on Tuesday morning). The test running on my PC did not close the trades, as expected.

At first I thought my VPS had somehow lost it's TZ setting, I checked this and it's set correctly UTC+10.

Below is a screen shot of the journal (journal always shows local time). It clearly shows the date as 20170815 and trades shutting down (APTM:CloseFriday) starting at 06:45:03. In broker time this equates to Monday night at 23.45.

It will likely turn out to be a simple solution and something I've missed, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why the trades closed on the 2 instances running on my VPS. Any ideas?

APTM uses your brokert time, so your TZ is does not matter..

Yes I know. The journal shows local time and you can see in the journal screen shot I posted that trades were closed on Tuesday 06:45 local time = Monday 23:45 broker time. This is the only reason I mentioned TZ, to show that trades were closing Monday 23:45. They should only close on Friday 23:45. Something is not right but I don't know what.

maybe you have other time closings activated, check exactly you setting, try maybe different settings on demo, to check out what is happening..

This is all running on demo. I've checked and re-checked the settings. There are no other time closings activated. The CloseFriday function is what is writing the journal entries for these closed trades, i.e.:

Print("APTM:CloseFriday:Close ",IntegerToString(ticket)," Succeeded !");

These are the entries in the journal in my screen shot. They were written on Monday at around 23.45 broker time.

I do not believe it is a problem with the EA or the EA settings. It's as if the time settings on my VPS have gone a little bit haywire, although they "look" right. The VPS was booted just prior to starting the tests at market open on Monday morning.

Just wondering if anyone had come across something similar in the past. The solution will be a simple one I'm sure, I'll come back when I find it.

Sometimes, and I stress ssometimes APTM will get stuck in a loop after moving the SL to BE + profit. Like in the attached screenshot, the trade at the bottom is already more than 150 pips into the money. Yet the SL is stuck at BE+13 pips profit.

I have attached my .set file as I have no idea what may be causing this. Like I said, it only happens sometimes, and when it does, if I manually adjust the SL it gets reset to BE+profit.

you are using ATR calculated settings that overrides others..

Ok, I turned off ATR and used manual settings: 55 for BE to price, and 34 for JS to price. The SL is still stuck, and when adjusting manually it resets to BE + profit. :?
This is only happening on this pair, while others are working fine.

look to this settings that is why APTM sets only BE, read the entire thread, as there is moret imes explained, how settings work..
