Ok, say I've identified EURNZD as a potential setup, waiting on the H4 for a cross of the sto 90/70 to enter. I drop to the H1 and M30 respectively, and see these: Do I wait for H4 to cross the 90/70 first before checking for entrances of H1 and M30? Will the STO on the lower TF go back up to the top and push below again? What if the STO on the lower TF's are glued to the bottom? Do I drop even lower to look for entries? Sorry for the mess here, just trying to figure out my entry strat.. Cheers! |

Thanks for the line indi's.. here I am thinking I need to draw the weekly lines on... bingo.. there's already indicators for the job. What a site!! LOL! Following posts with interest when able. learning... though it does go against my prior learning to use so many indicators  !!Yes Dave it may take some time to be able to adjust to the ideas re RR etc. I'll follow along, pick up what i can and adjust with my own to see what will suit me personally. Hi all, Is anyone here using CSS with the 'ignorefuture' set to false? As I´m more interested in CSS slope that in CSS strength I prefer to face here the old repainting question to gain some predictive force. So, I prefer 'false". The 'true' reading looks now as if most of pairs were about to start trending, the 'false' slopes suggest that the Zzzzzz will continue still for some time. All the slopes point now to the inside +-2 lines zone. |

As has been posted, there are sell setups for GBP/EUR/AUD/NZD pairs today. I set pendings for several, only this one (GBP/AUD) got triggered (fortunately). This is typical of what usually happens - anything wrong with this trade? The sto7 dropped below 80, the pending sell just under the DP was hit, then the price immediately rose strongly.This happens so often I'm seriously considering taking the opposite position in future as it seems like levels like the DP are traps for the naive. Is there any reason why this trade shouldn't have been taken? Or is it just one of those things you have to live with? I'd love to be able to filter out some of these losers if possible. |

@adam63 GBPAUD and GBPCAD in the two first hours after London opening are very unpredictive. I used to open a buy and a sell at the same time with 20 pips target and often I won both trades. Not a good strategy as I had to fight some times to recover 100 or 150 pips having won only 20.  Anyway, in the trade you posted price is reaching the 60 that is a great resistance. Price could stall there and resume the downtrend. |
