I'm wondering if you are looking a couple of H4 candles down the road for these setups. I'm not seeing any immediate setups for pendings but see 10-12 possibilities if current trends continue a bit further before reversing towards the WP in most cases. Would you be kind enough to share the setups you are seeing? Regards |

I am currently using Bob's system and having a go at the simplified version by Jem..... Question is , is everyone using the 240 MA on the 4 hr and the 40 on the day? Do you also have the 200 and 50 and 20 mas up since they seem to be the ones the banks etc are supposed to look at. What are your thoughts? I want to keep it generally simple - above the white line go long etc - although at the moment there may be occasion to not follow the rule. I reckon. Comments? |

Hi Andy, basically if it aint broke don't fix it, although if you're not happy with a setup you don't have to take it even if the signals are in place. If you want to do you own spin then I guess most people have their preferences. Re Jem's setup it's a basic 1Hr CSS cross at a decent retrace, so the MA would be the 960 1HR. Cheers Pips400 |

Sponn - nice results. Always interested to see these numbers. Looking at the max loss vs max profit as well as the Ave Loss vs Ave Profit - in my experience to date my max loss is much larger than max profit and the ave loss is much greater than ave profit. I am seeing a great win/loss ratio but much effort seems to be negated with one loss - how are you managing your SL's? |

AUD CSS daily shows a nasty slope up. I gave up shortening AUD this week. NZD seems more quiet, but is so highly correlated with AUD... Play USD strength could be the most safe. |

today most AUD setups will be cut early because all CSS H1 changed colour, not planning to hold it until it hits 240, bad for fragile heart >_<. Let's call it a bad day and move on for tomorrow. |

Similar - I'm in AUDCAD, AUDUSD, EURAUD, GBPAUD, GBPNZD, NZDUSD - all peeked me in and then went the other way. EURNZD hit SL within 4 hours. Otherwise hanging in there with the rest. My SL's are at the last swing highs and lows. I'll be leaving them there and see what happens. |
