best guess it is a display issue. I had the same on pepper. Switching TF removed the outdated open trade info. EA on pepper DID report my basket close. 2 times.

Thanks CT, glad to know its not just me - it closed my basket which is the main thing ;) My main live accounts are with Peppers, so I'm most concerned about it working properly there in case I decide to take the plunge...

Interesting today - my Cowboy IBFX demo has again raced ahead, 5.3% profit locked in, but my Pepper demo has only had 2 trades triggered and hasn't yet moved into profit at all. The difference is that the Cowboy IBFX shorted GBPAUD and GBPCAD and longed USDCHF, whereas the Pepper demo did not (why??)

Edit: The 5.3% profit just closed out, and again no Alert message plus the buys/sells are still listed on the dashboard - but this time its Cowboy IBFX doing it. Change of timeframe and its cleared up. The system's profit factor on my Cowboy IBFX is now 1.7, which is superb if it keeps going that way...

Hi Andy,

There is a minor bug in the Comments of trades fired for V2.00. Instead of taking what is in the external variable, the comment is now "Magic: <Magic#>". Also, the error "object name passed to ObjectSetText function cannot be an uninitialized or empty string" I reported earlier is still there in V2.00 if I set the GridMethod to 0. This error is not there when GridMethod is 1.

Edit: Found another minor problem. CandleTiger released an update of YAD104 to v107a. This uses a new mt4gui.dll and therefore causing the display for Multi10.4 EA to disappear. Possible for you to update the EA to use the new dll? I've reverted YAD104 to the previous version in the meantime.

we have now a chicken-egg situation. Dashboard 1.07 is same as 1.07a, besides using the new mt4gui release. Andy did the upgrade already but intentionally not released it to avoid the conflict with the dashboard.
So: If you use this EA on the same account as the YAD dashboard, use 1.07 until Andy has released his update next week. Then switch dashboard to 1.07a.

Ok I'm jealous now - your Pepper demo's doing better than mine :)

Why is it that different instances of the EA, running on the same machine with identical setups, can produce different trades? I can understand different TP/Entries given pivot placements for various brokers etc, but even so you should see roughly the same trades being entered should you not?

Right now, my Pepper has stop orders on AUDJPY, EURGBP, GBPCHF and USDCHF. My Cowboy IBFX has them on AUDJPY, CADJPY, EURCHF and EURGBP. My MIG Capital has AUDJPY, CADJPY, EURGBP, EURCHF, EURGBP and USDCHF. Its almost like they're not trading the same EA...

Hi,

I want to confirm if there is anything wrong with the placing of this buystop order for AUDJPY. From the 10.4 H4 chart of AUDJPY, RSI is toppish instead of at the bottom. However, EA is placing this buystop order. Is there anything that I missed out or is there a bug in the logic?
