hello all,

this is my second post, first one was a quick thank you.
I fortunate to find you guys and this forum on the day of the release of this system it seems, how's that for timing.

I have given the system a few thorough reads and it is already advancing my thinking, so a big thanks to all involved and congratulations.

here is a point I am failing to understand:
going long, we get a signal (bottoming rsi) and put in a pending order above the appropriate pivot.
AO is not yet green, a trade is entered, but it was a false break. (a spike though the pivot)
It may occur that price may drop further and give another signal off the pivot lower to the previous one.
I am guessing we will not be entering this trade, as this would double our risk, am I correct? We will not be getting a red AO bar anytime soon to exit, because we never had a green one in the first place.

Without telling us what currency pair your are talking about I have not idea what you are saying.

Hey!

Yet to really look into 10.4. I've currently stopped trading for now. Primarily cos I've finally managed to recoup all my initial investments :D and also cos of the g20 event happening, currencies are going all over the place. The goodie bag also got affected due to all the news events from g20. yeah sure they were home runs, but the losses are equally dramatic.

On a side note, I've started on the mini prj that I mentioned, let's see if I can hit gold :x

Unfortunately there is not the sourcecode of the indi posted here. In another tma-slope indicator I could fix as follows (maybe Bob could do this for that indi here):

Replace all that lines (there are some of them):
ObjectCreate("label",OBJ_LABEL,WindowFind("10.2 TmaSlope_Norm"),0,0);

with:
ObjectCreate("label",OBJ_LABEL,0,0,0);

in simple words: search for WindowFind("10.2 TmaSlope_Norm") and replace it with 0

that should work

I was not referring to any particular pair,
the question is, if we are in a trade and in drawdown (no reason to exit yet), I am guessing we shouldn't initiate a new one.

no worries, I wouldn't do it, just wondering.

can I ask your opinion, as I go through a few charts making a short list to watch more closely, looking at the NZD/CAD it seems to be lining at nice setup up however its quite a long way from the trend and just under the RS1 at what pivot would you consider it too far to initiate trades or not?
