Smilee, I wait for the Hgi trend Arrow which usually follows after the wavy signal, which is a strong confirmation for me. You can get in earlier with the blue wavy signal but also be prepared for it to turn aganst you from time to time. If you are trading on the blue wavy signal, be my guest and possibly something to look at in future.  Let us know how it goes. Cheers Leon |

Hi Steve, A good question, Ok let's get things into perspective. We are trading off the daily stochs not the 4 hr stochs on the hourly time frame which is showing signs of moving back down. If you go to the 4 Hr time frame you will see that the blue and magenta line have not crossed over yet to the down side. The blue and magenta line basically follow the daily stochs. For this reason I have mentioned that some traders might want to wait for the blue and magenta line to cross before getting in on a trade if trading off the 4Hr timeframe. I also see that we have an Hgi trend buy arrow on the 4 hr timeframe, so it is basically pitting the 1 hr time frame against the 4 hr timeframe. I trade the 1 hour for what it is worth. If my leading Rsi indicator moves back above my green stochs line I will close my trade, whether in a loss or not. A simpler way to look at it, if price moves convincingly above my candle where the 1 hr Trend signal was given I will look at closing the trade. A stoploss another way to safeguard your trade. The thing about this system. We are either getting into a retrace which can last a few days or we are getting in a full swing reversal which can last weeks. In fact, yesterday I closed a buy trade On Eu for 240 pips which lasted 6 days. I am trading the retraces and the swings with this method. Some times losses, sometimes small profits, sometimes handsome profits  Cheers Leon |
