I snagged a few pips here and there along the way, but unfortunately never got a stack going for the bigger moves and overall pattern direction :|
Yeah, trusting one's map can be hard, but the thing is I'm still trying to stick to my earlier ones (only AUDJPY and jurij's GBPAUD so far), keeping anchors along the way, and my balance is well beyond anything I had achieved before. I'm still sloppy seeing the patterns on the lower time frames but the anchors help give some room, and so far, trusting the higher patterns through it all has worked rather well.

Now I know CJ said at some point he wasn't trading the big moves anymore, but I thing it's a very good exercise to test your composure and patience, and pinpointing your ideal trading horizon.

Nice! Keep it up, account balance is the best indicator you're doing something right :smile:

I'm also doing better on the higher timeframes - not sure if they're just more reliable or if I'm not counting my levels/pushes correctly on the lower timeframes. Either way, I don't have a problem with that. If I can increase my balance more by looking at the charts less, all the better :)

The higher tf are more lenient if you have the balance to take the dd.. The shorter tf can be quite brutal at times..
