The more I think about it, the easier the analysis. Next example. For me it may be the same pattern. So I know fox intention. And I wait, if nothing attracts me then I pass. But if conditions are met I play the game. Action when convinced or no action when not sure. The rest is in my head. So basically it's the game between me and me. That's the hardest part.

But blazej at your picture PA before pattern you marked was different, why do you think it gonna be same in future [ IMHO you marked yellow 2nd push after a-b-c and 1st push after 3levels down]

Hi botrak,

I have no idea if it will be the same or not. I just wait, look closely and then make my decisions. I remeber CJ writing about that he is swing trader and intcust that he trades from ranges, because he can be in a mistake, but he can easily correct it by switching sides. I seen dagu posting his patterns, piter80 and dudest. I try to learn from all of them.

That's why I look for congestions, ranges, accumulation or distribution patterns. They provide high r:r trades.
I also like to keep eye on pattern forming, because it shows the things that cannot be seen while watching them already printed like speed of the swing.

Hi Blaze, thank you for your reminder, yes I should of enter at the point where W second leg was forming bu t I was late so the next best was the retrace which I have entered at that point and take off some profit.

Fox will go where is profit for him.They can ad 200 pips stop hunt if they have to.They can drive price bit higher or lower.Depends where is more profit for fox

Have You ever considered why pattern with three pushes or levels is so common and important? The reason for it is how large operators in the market work. They have 4 chances to put the price in desired direction and if it does not happen the next level trader in bank starts to trade. If he does not reach his goal after 4 chances, so he do not take profit, the master trader is now trading. He uses enormous amount of capital, I've read an example where master trader used 144 mln $ to rescue one milion. He usually reach his goal, if not the bank bankrupts.

We do not have such amount of capital. But we can choose whether to trade or not. They have to. This is our advantage. To trade only when convinced.

Dudest I've got idea for You how can You decrease daily drawdown. Instead of stacking from the bottom of the pattern, You can place only one order at first, and then on second push You can increase size significantly. In this way You can decrease the drawdown and gain the same results at the end. For example You can start with one lot, and even if the fox goes with You into drawdown, You can reduce the size of drawdown itself in comparison to stacking and then increase the size of next trade on second push to ten lots to obtain the same profitability.
