10.4 A Complete System

There was a guy at FF who taught trading hooks. It was more complicated than what I am showing you but using the 240 line to look for them is a good way to trade. Also no hook no trade because the move is over. I am trying to see if this incorporates well into my 10.4 system. hooks show trend continuation. He called them hooks because they look like a fish hook. He also used them on any TF. I have been playing with them because i think they may be a great way to not trade. No hook reversal point reached on this move of the trend. Just playing with it for now.

This is what i am working on with the 10.4 simple. It is in case Empty4 switches So we cant use CSS any more for some reason (like all brokers are forced to use MT5 or some stupid thing) Also for those that use non Empty4 systems, like my friend Charles who uses tradestation. Using 240 and 60 MA with hooks would make a viable trading system using 10.4 and price action. those whose computers that cant handle CSS or the other indies. Since on my vacation my laptop cant handle 25 pairs onthe screen with all the indies I am adjusting.

No matter what brokers come up with I try to be ready for their lastest foolishness.

Having fun absorbing all that. I have other work to do. 10.4 info page tells you where to look for good trades weak and strong pairs. 240 keeps you from fighting the trend. S/R/P keeps you in the sweet zone of trading. Price is going to move from the Pivot to the S or R area. The rest is for your individual tastes as a trader. That is the heartbeat of 10.4 and it works if you master its basics.

I transfer this to 1 chart which is 240 LWMA and 960, and been trading buy the dip and sell the rally and keep holding the position until it reverse to 960 LWMA. I´m finding 60 LWMA a great improvement of the system. 60 holds very well the swings but the best part is that you can use it also as a NO TRADE zone indi. It´s terribly simple but you can avoid big DD just no taking trades if price has already breached 60 in the wrong direction. This early breach could be the begining of a trend change.

(I´m using a Kaufman adaptative MA tuned to (almost) fit 60 LWMA. It is almost the same thing but KAMA is a little bit more accurate holding the swing action)
