Hmm... Its not so simple... You can try for yourself to lose 200 pips example in USDZAR, EURGBP and silver with same lotsize... Then compare results...
Every currency pair have different value / gained or losed pip.
most of pairs are pretty close of 10$/pip/1 full lot. But there is allso exceptions.

I too have the same problem. The RSI value doesn't seem to match with what I see in the related chart using 10.4 template. Could someone post the latest indi which is working fine. Thx.

Not sure what the deal is with the higher TF. I use a lower (240 & 60) and it works as intended. I'll look when I get a chance. The code is there to tweak as you like. My time is limited. Sorry.

No problem, mwjs00, you're one of those people who always try to help others if they can, cheers for that. It's important that the calculations for the higher TF's are done correctly; 'till someone sorts the code out, we'll just have to keep in mind that a zero value for the RSI has to be taken with causion, at least for the higher time frames - better check yourself, to see if the RSI really dropped to the bottom of the indicator window

have you tried refreshing from withing Empty4? i.e. right click & "Refresh" or changing the tf of the chart it's on & back again....

and also making sure you have enough data loaded (prob' not that if your nb template shows a diff value)

it's strange (without seeing your pc) - as i said the original code I wrote is running & updating fine here.

ooh just a thought, you did copy in the other indi required too? the "TMASlopeMTFpl.mq4" ?

It works fine now. I deleted the chart and added a fresh chart and then the value appeared correctly. Thx for all your help.
