I was just going for the SR re-test pattern (that's not an official name, just couldn't think of another way to describe it...). Happens quite alot around S/Rs (all time-frames)

I'm looking for patterns on same chart.Lower tf just before pattern on h4.I don't trust
maps from others pairs.

That's all good P.

To tell you the truth, I'm no good at pattern mapping (same pair or different pairs). I think I've only gotten it right thrice [ few enough that I even remember the trades: USDZAR short (off USDSEK), USDNOK short (off USDNOK lower TF) and AUDJPY long (can't remember the source...) ]

Maybe I just need to practice alot more... [ or maybe I just need to stick with what I'm doing already...! ]

Speaking of which, if I get some free time in coming days, I'm going to read ALL of CJ's posts (from the beginning). Realizing there's a lot of insights that I missed when I only read the posts that had attachments in them

Hey Dudest, I remember you from the PA thread on babyPips....great thread for (almost) naked trading

You literally robbed a bank! congrats!

I'm doing my own notes on CJ's posts on Evernote, thanks for the suggestion....it is one thing to read the posts and other to learn how to trade succesfully using CJ's teachings. Sometimes I see things that aren't there :smile:

Hey maperdel! Great to see you here :D

The quest to figure out how to trade when price was not at a key S/R led me here.

It feels like tough going at the beginning because, you know, the mind has to meld with the new world that CJ is presenting, and I think what can trip alot of people reading this thread is that CJ is NOT presenting a method, or a system; he is presenting his way of looking at the markets. That's why each of us will emerge with the same core beliefs as CJ but our own way of trading them (to deadly effect!)

Hang around and you'll be on levels you didn't imagine you could get :)! Looking forward to your posts!
