Also just wanted to confirm, if the H4 becomes "unpinned" before the H4 css turns green does that invalidate the pending orders? Or am I safe to keep them on if it looks like css is converging?

First good questions. I mainly rely on the daily CSS. I especially like pitting the top two or three against the bottom two or three. Even though there is a 4H CSS I seem to do better reading it on the single charts versus comparing all of them on the 4H info page. So I get my pairs most likely to move based bottom 2 and top 2. The other info I look for on the info page is are any on a steep angle heading back to zero or away from 0. These also can be a good trade. For example the Euro is making a steep climb up and the JPY is making a steep decline back to zero. They maybe worth lookkng at for a trade. So with that info I probably got 5-8 pairs to go look at for trades. Then I hit the 4H chart and look for a setup or place to enter the trade. My favorite trades are crossing the WP or DP back into the trend if I can get them. After that then I look at RSI 2 and each individual 4H CSS for a set up. Then when I am done with those I see if other pairs offer something interesting to trade.

I really dont do that, I set up my trades before each session not just jpy at jpy session euro at euro session etc. Before each session I see which ones are set up the best. There are some exceptions, like the usd/cad doesnt move much except during the USA session. That should be obvious because the banks arent open during jpy and euro sessions.

The RSI pinned is just a signal to look for a trade. Obviously as a trade develops it will unpin itself but that doesnt invalidate the signal. RSI pinned is just a signal to look for a trade. You then look for a good place to enter after that but the entrance has nothing to do with RSI. It is a filter to let you know price has retraced in a trend so look to get back into the trend. You can look for S/R/pivot crosses or a trendline break back into the trend. You also can wait for a CSS signal. For an experienced trader he can also use indies he is familiar with. For example you may have used MACD for years and have a good feel for it. Well with 10.4 signal and confirmation for MACD probably would give you a very successful trade. I have gone back to one of my favite indies, STO and use its signals to find entrances. Did very well yesterday doing that. But I have used STO for years and am familiar with some of its nuances.
