I think i´m a litle lost now... Got a Stoch7 20/40 alert, MA 240 is below price, set pending buy stop (candle marked with red vertical line) above DP and now turns out to be a SELL?
I´d like to understand why you say is a SELL when indies say the opposite, and in fact that´s what happened... thanks.

Hi.. sorry but I think this trade got some of us confused.. Price is above 240MA and you've set sell orders.

Is this something about the new 10.6 ideas about trading countertrend when 240MA is flat?

Guys...please read all Bob posts before asking the same questions.

There was a problem with the 240MA so the last analysis was not correct with systems rules...Bob is from another planet giving us all these market info and ideas for free, the least we can do is pay attention to his posts and avoid this kind of questions.

LOL! AAAAAaaight sorry about that! Now I can see that you corrected the screenshots, but didn't change the message.

By the way, today's my first day trading this system and I've made 70 pips, so happy and thankful Bob! Made money in USDJPY, USDCHF,EURUSD,AUDNZD,GBPCAD and EURAUD.

Made a bad trade in EURAUD, I guess I entered too early, actually my stop was not hit, but I closed anyway, if I would have waited, I could have saved that loss. Reentered a bit later for a good trade.

My main problems are letting the profit's run, I close positions too early coz affraid to loose the position. And I have to get used to setting the SL in account %, with this method, a loss can ruin my day. And if I'm closing my positions early, my Risk/reward is messed up. Need more discipline.

Also I need to be more patient. Sometimes with this system I miss a trend, and I'm tempted to get in and ride it, even if a bit late. For a proper signal, the price needs a good retracement so the Sto7 can go back to the opposite side and give a good signal. Today I entered some trades even without this full retracement. But I was somehow lucky. I'll try to be more strict with the rules.

TEMPTATION EVERYWHERE!

Yesterday was a tough day. Every single currency stayed within a 50-100 pip range so not much movement after a pretty wild Tuesday and Wednesday on some AUD pairs. I think I had the smallest profitable day of my life making a whole 32 cents. :) NFP tonight so we will see if anything exciting happens. Next week the Syrian thing will be headlines everywhere so dont get caught up over the weekend with a lot of open positions. Dont want gaps killing you on Monday. So trade away and see what happens today.
