Thank you all for kind inputs! I'm glad to know that some people are considering similar things.

From the next week, I'm going to try a longer-term basket as well (probably on a demo account). I will open a basket with >.8 currency pairs on Monday, check their slope values every day and add/remove pairs that meet/do not meet criteria. Then I will close the basket on Friday before NY open as I don't like weekend irregularity and gap. I want to see the difference in total pips between this longer-term basket and intraday baskets.

By the way, I successfully closed today's basket for 300 pips. I set ATP to 30 today as I wanted to close the basket early. (It's Friday!) I got +900 pips this week and my account is up 3.4%! Thanks again for this great system.

No basket for me tonight, just don't understand the price action I am seeing, when in doubt stay out.

I see that most sells are in EUR but the main strength pair, EUR_USD is above the Weekly Pivot ???

Most of the buys are in CHF pairs which is the opposite co-relation to EURO, again ???

GBP news later, maybe the focus and moves will be there.

Now Friday, July 20, EUR-USD has moved below Weekly Pivot after not even being able to rise up to Weekly R-1, maybe the start of a great trending move down for us ???

I have a similar basket open from 17 hours ago that is up 500!

I was able to only short EJ and got 116 pips out of it. GBPCHF never retraced enough to make me comfortable to long the pair. Other pairs looked like they have run their course for now so was not comfortable trading them but guess I shud have.

I too had a very successful week of basket trading although I only started on Wednesday evening with a basket of 8 pairs which I managed manually for a close of 358 pips. Thursday evening saw another 8 pair basket and used MPTM for management. that one closed on Friday morning for a GlobleClose of 200 pips and then yesterday afternoon used ShelleyNow to open a basket of 10 pairs, and that closed last night for a profit of 400 pips! A total of 958 pips for 3 days trading. Gosh, it was only a few weeks ago I used to struggle to make 40 - 50 pips............a week!! And most of those would be losing pips!
I have seen my live account grow by 129% and thats only trading 1 microlot/pair (0.01 lot).

I'm trading using Jemook's rules applied to 4Hr charts only (Post 1) and Baluda's SlopeValues v1.0.4 indicator, using his indi to place pairs in my watch basket which are above/below 0.6/-0.6. I'm fortunate I can use my computer at work (I do work as well...really I do.....honest.. ) to do this and note down the basket in my trading diary. I then open whichever EA I'm going to use to manage the trade, (ShelleyNow or MPTM), enter in the pairs and save it as a .set file on my USB stick. When I get home around 4pm I check the watch basket pairs to see how they have performed during the day. As others have said and I also have noted, If the retracements that we need to have happened before we take the trades, have indeed occurred, and the slope values are still as they were in the morning, then I go ahead and take the trades either manually or using ShelleyNow. I will enter manually if a pair(s) hasn't yet met the retracement requirements. and use my saved .set file if entering using the EA. Baluda's latest SlopeValues indi is invaluable for being able to instantly see which pairs should go into the watchbasket ie. slope value >0.6/<-0.6, pivot order DWM/MWD and trend strength ++. Thank you Baluda - awesome work, indeed my thanks to all who have had a hand in anything we are now using to achieve the success we are.

Doh!!

Just noticed I left out at "As others have said and I also have noted...."
Should have added in there that I too have noted that the majority of the retracements do occur during the asian session, and sets the trades up nicely for the London open.
