Everything is coming up CT on my signals so close your trends and wait for the next signal. I will try some CT trades today maybe see how it goes.

You are definitely right about the CT situation. The problem is that it is hard to get too excited about them when there are pretty hard levels of support or resistance close by (i.e., it doesn't look like they will run very far).

Hi Bob, is it usual for a large gap to appear mid week - EURNZD or is this only on Cowboy IBFX -AUS? I've never seen this mid week, do you have the same.

I think you will find it is to do with New Zealand interest rate decision & comments that they may be increasing in 2014

It is rare but if no one is buying price can drop like a rock. aud nzd sessions are very light so there is not a lot of liqudity. I have seen this around Christmas time but not this time of the year. I have the same here with Cowboy IBFX in the USA. Since I use the 4H chart I dont see these gaps they are in the same candle but they will appear in lower TF. Big news story with aud and nzd today. nzd does not want their currency appreciating so we will see if they counter later.

Anyway volatility is coming, wait to you see the Syrian news thing happen and watch all the currencies jump around.

Got 300 pips in the JPY session today. HMMMMMMM havent had a 1000 pip day in a while see what happens. Most of these were CT trades though.

When to CT trade?? I like to look at a daily chart and see where price is holding or has held in the past. NZD/CHF is a good example. If price bounces and goes down I am in the trade. If it enters and breaks up take the SL. The news story made it jumped but didnt change anything.
